We entered the West Texas Showcase in Garden City a 45 point underdog to a very strong SC prorgam. We had a 5pm KO and the temp was over 100 degrees on a turf field.  We managed to be up 20 - 6 at half-time on 2 TDs and a field goal.  We were not able to prevent the come back as SC scored three second half TDs to go up 28-24.  We drove 50 yards at the end of the game and went for the win from the 2 yard line with the pass being incomplete.  With the exception of Garden City #2 and Balmorhea #3 nobody came within 30 points of SC all season.
